You will have access to the Distance Education online orientation by August 12, 2010, and full access to your online Fall 2010 courses August 16, 2010.





GREAT NEWS!! You can now access Moodle through Campus Cruiser! Starting Aug 3, 2010, you will access Moodle by logging into Campus Cruiser. 
Goto: https://prod.campuscruiser.com/ and login to your Campus Cruiser account. Click the Moodle tab at the top of the screen and that’s it!! You are now ready to work in your online class!

  • Your Moodle Login ID is the same as your Campus Cruiser ID. (Typically your first two initials and your last name: Example: acbostian)
  • If you are not sure what your ID is you may Obtain your Login ID here.
  • Your Moodle Password is your Birth Date in the following format: MMDDYY



ATTENTION:
If you are having trouble viewing some of the content or presentations in your course, you should begin trouble shooting by downloading and installing Flash and Java on your computer. Links to both of these FREE downloads can be found on the left in the "Free Downloads" block.

Moodle Quizzes

If you are experiencing technical difficulties with your quizzes (i.e. unable to open quiz), please try the following:

1. Download the most current version of the Mozilla Firefox browser at http://www.mozilla.com

2. Make sure JavaScript is enabled in your browser settings. This can be found under tools->options->content.

3. Turn off pop-up blockers or add moodle.randolph.edu as an exception.

How to access your course(s) in Moodle

After logging into Moodle, you should see a "My Courses" block located in the top, left corner of your Moodle homepage. If you have an active course, you will see the course name listed in this block. Click on the name to access the course. If you do not have an active course, you will see a listing of course categories.
